Dear Parents/Guardians:
We are so grateful to our community for continuing to provide a special time for the Alpine Elementary School Students on Halloween. This tradition, which began before the school moved to its present location, is another example of how deeply and completely the community supports the school.
On Friday, October 31 the Kindergarten through Eighth Grades, will once again be participating in the annual Halloween Parade down the main street of Alpine. The Parade will begin approximately at 1:00 PM at the Alpine Community Center. st Students should come to school dressed for the Halloween Parade and bring a pillow case or heavy duty bag for their “TREATS”. Their costumes cannot be disruptive, as they will be doing their regular school work until the time they leave for the parade. No weapons or sharp objects are allowed, as well as any costumes that portray a diabolical, nefarious or evil person. Good walking shoes are a must!
Parents of our students are welcome to meet us and join the Halloween Parade, however, students must stay with their teachers. We will have a check-out sheet available at the end of the parade for any parents wishing to take their child(ren) home at that time. Thank you for your support!
